Material

Cloth inspection
The cloth shipped from the cloth factory is placed in the warehouse and must first pass the cloth inspection.
Regarding cloth inspection, each factory will have a standard, if it exceeds this standard, the whole batch of cloth will be rejected or the cloth merchant will be required to rework
Fabric preshrunk
After the cloth is inspected, the cloth that passes the quality standard will be sent to the steam engine for steaming + cloth feeding to maintain the stability of the cloth area. If some specific fabrics are cut directly without 72 hours of loosening time, the size deviation will be large after they are made. The general fabric is laid flat for 24 hours.

Loose cloth is ready, first perform “computer pull”
Sample testing
After the cloth is cut, we will have a special department responsible for checking whether there is any problem with the cut cloth. If there is any problem, we will check it out directly to facilitate the subsequent process.
Semi-finished product process
If there are some styles with car decorations, they are usually sent to the car decorations first. This depends on the process. Some semi-finished products are sent for beading and embroidery, and some are sewn back and then used for beading.
Group inspection
This is “Zhongcha”. Each group has a person who is responsible for checking clothes. If there is a problem with the quality, it can be directly improved.

Iron the finished clothes to meet the customer’s requirements. So after ironing the shirt, you have to check the shirt and measure it
packing
Finally, there are “hanging tags” and “attaching certificates”. After ensuring that all clothes have no quality problems, they will enter the packaging area. All quality problems should be improved here before they can be shipped.
